Everyone has a stake in the game and it’s not always in YOUR best interest. After helping many people through the process, I’ve come to realize that there’s a real need for unbiased advice from a knowledgeable source. So I’m offering my support to potential buyers and sellers of land.

“I didn’t know what I didn’t know until our meeting. Thank you!”

Consultative Services

Market Value Assessment: In a private sale, it can be tough to determine the fair market value of a piece of property. With years of experience buying land across Nova Scotia, I will scan comparables and give you my honest take on the value of a land parcel.

Title Analysis: I access Property Online and analyze documents related to the title of the land, including rights of way, easements, deeds, covenants, and any registered interests (e.g. mortgages) on the property.

Buyer Tips: Looking for a specific type of land in a particular area? I can help you discover tax sales, estate sales, or private sale opportunities that are not available to the average buyer searching MLS listings.
