The road I’m walking on is a solid and well-maintained gravel road. In the video I walk the full length of the property from South to North. You’ll see hydro poles along the way that allow for easy power hookup.

There are some small clearings on the lot but you’d definitely need to do a bit more clearing to park a trailer or to build a dwelling. The forest is healthy but not too thick so you could definitely find some good flat areas that just have shrubs and ferns and clear that pretty easily. 

The area is blissfully quiet as you can tell from the video. There’s a few houses nearby but not many. There’s a cute little fishing port nearby that I’ve included pictures of. There are no water views on the lot but you can’t go far without encountering nice views of shoreline. You are on the tip of a point of land that is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the East, South and West.

There are some bigger, mature trees but from the look of it I’d say it was logged several years ago and is growing back nicely.

It is less than 15 minutes to the town of Lockeport and lovely Crescent Beach.

I have good friends in the area who love it, and for me the area typifies the quiet and rugged beauty of the South Shore.
